Luke Word of the Week

Ok, so if you've been following our bbbarrow blog, you'll know weekly postings might be a bit optimistic. But the way the lil man is spouting knowledge these days shorter, more frequent postings are the only way to capture even a skinned knee's worth of the amazement that is Luke. Even a Luke Word of the Day couldn't keep up, and the chances of me keeping up with that are even less, so we'll try to high grade all the new sounds, love and enthusiasm Luke shares through the week into a few of the best gems. Every day he has us wondering if he's just the most "wicked-scary smart" (to borrow a term from friends of friends from Texas) 2-year-old ever or if we're just those first-time parents in constant awe of how a toddler's mind burgeons at atomic pace no matter who they are. Smart, slow or average, our little man keeps us smiling, and keeps us wondering how long it'll be until he's playing us for more than just an extra book before bedtime. So enough blabbin' about the unashamed (even if unwarranted) bragging we're going to do about the Luke of our lives. Let's just get started. Enjoy...
